Terms of Service
TravelNow Logistics ("we", "us") provides visa, study, relocation and travel facilitation services. By placing an order you agree to the following:
- Service scope. Our fee covers professional processing, documentation guidance and submission support. It does not include third-party charges such as embassy/government visa fees, biometrics, courier, insurance or flight costs unless expressly stated.
- No guarantee of outcome. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority. We cannot and do not guarantee approval. Our professional fee is for the work done and is not contingent on the decision.
- Accurate information. You confirm that all documents and information you provide are true and genuine. We may decline or stop work where information is false or misleading.
- Payments. Payment confirms your order. Transfers should be made only to our official account: FCMB, FLY TRAVELNOW LOGISTICS LTD, 2000254857.
- Refunds. Professional fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Any refundable third-party amounts are returned net of costs already incurred.
- Timelines. Processing times are estimates based on current embassy turnaround and are not guaranteed.
- Privacy. Your personal and passport data is used only to process your application and is handled confidentially.
